every plan

Every month, a clear report on your website.

Every Maintain and Fix plan includes a Monthly Website Health Report. Once a month we check up to 100 public pages of your website and send you what we found, what we fixed and what we recommend next.

what we check

Five sections, every month.

Each month we check up to 100 public pages of your site. Every finding names the page it is on and the fix. Only checks that give the same answer every time make the report.

Found on Google

Titles, descriptions, headings and structure: what decides how each page shows up in search.

Turning visitors into enquiries

Calls to action, contact details and forms: how easy it is for a visitor to get in touch or book.

Trust signals

Privacy and terms pages, contact details and the other signs that tell a visitor your business is real and current.

Easy to read on a phone

Text size, contrast, tap targets and layout on a phone, where most of your visitors are.

Security

Secure connection (https), security headers and cookie settings on every report. The exposed passwords and keys check runs once we confirm the site is one we look after: we place a small verification tag on your site when your plan starts.

what you get

Every report has the same parts, in the same order.

A one-page summary first, then every finding with how to fix it. Delivered as a web link you can forward and a PDF you can keep.

The cover

Our name, your business and the month.

The one-page summary

Each section at a glance: what to fix and what is clear.

What to fix next

Ranked by impact, each with the page it is on and the fix.

What we fixed

The fixes we made this month, listed in the report, with the re-check that shows them cleared.

Checked and clear

The checks that passed, so you see what was looked at.

Noted, and our own work

Anything we agree is not for action is marked noted with our reason, and work we did outside the checks is listed too, so one report carries the month.

how it works

Public pages only. The report never logs in.

The report reads only the pages any visitor can see. It never logs in to your site and never changes anything. Fixes are separate: we do those as part of your Maintain and Fix plan, with the access you have given us.

Where the report comes from.

Your Monthly Website Health Report is produced on the Uplinkd platform, which Made In Melbourne uses the way any web studio that buys it does, and it carries our name. The fixes are ours. The Security section checks your public pages and files. It is not a full security audit or a penetration test.

questions

About the report.

How often do I get a report?

Once a month, on every Maintain and Fix plan. After we finish the month's fixes we run the check again, so the fixes show as cleared. There is no separate fortnightly report.

What does it check?

Up to 100 public pages of your site, across five sections: Found on Google, Turning visitors into enquiries, Trust signals, Easy to read on a phone and Security. Each finding names the page it is on and how to fix it.

What does it not check?

Anything behind a login, your hosting or email setup, and your rankings or ad accounts. Keyword tracking is added to the report on Maintain and Rank and Maintain and Grow. The Security section is not a full security audit.

What does the Security section cover?

Whether your site uses a secure connection, its security headers and its cookie settings, on every report. Once we have confirmed the site is one we look after, it also checks your public files for passwords or keys left in them. When it is clear it says so. It is not a full security audit.

When does the first report arrive?

We agree the date of your first report with you when your plan starts. The first report shows what we found and what to fix next. From the second report it also lists what we fixed since the last one.

Who fixes what it finds?

We do, inside your plan's included hours, highest impact first. Anything bigger is quoted before we start.

What if a finding does not apply to my site?

Tell us. We mark it noted with the reason, so it stays visible but no longer counts as something to fix.

Do I need to give you access for the report?

No. The report reads only the public pages any visitor can see. Access is only for the fixes we make under your plan, and the small verification tag that switches on the passwords and keys check.

Can I forward it?

Yes. It arrives as a web link you can forward and a PDF you can keep.

Every Maintain and Fix plan includes it.
